How do I book a service with Exclusive Driver?
You can submit a booking request through our website, by email or by telephone. Once we receive your details, a confirmation is sent within a few hours along with a fixed-rate quote. No payment is required until your booking is confirmed.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, particularly during peak season (June to September). For complex arrangements such as multi-day tours, weddings or bespoke experiences, earlier enquiries allow for more thorough coordination, though we are equally equipped to handle last-minute requests when availability allows. Same-day bookings are accommodated whenever possible.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes. Modifications can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service at no additional cost. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, please contact our team directly to discuss your options.
Do I need to provide my flight or vessel details?
For airport and port transfers, yes. Providing your flight number or vessel name allows us to track your arrival in real time and adjust your chauffeur’s timing accordingly. For more on how this works, visit our Airport & Port Transfers and Meet & Greet pages.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. Every booking is confirmed via email with full details including your chauffeur’s name, vehicle type, pick-up time and location, and a direct contact number for the day of service.
Our Fleet
What vehicles are in your fleet?
Our fleet includes Mercedes-Benz E-Class, S-Class, V-Class and Sprinter, as well as Range Rover and Land Rover Defender models. Vehicle selection depends on your group size, luggage requirements and personal preference. All vehicles are late-model, impeccably maintained and equipped with climate control, leather interiors and complimentary refreshments.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes. You can specify your preferred vehicle at the time of booking. We will confirm availability and, if your first choice is not available, suggest the closest alternative.
Is Wi-Fi available in the vehicles?
Wi-Fi connectivity is available upon request in most vehicles. Please mention this requirement when booking so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is assigned.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Infant seats, child seats and booster seats are available at no additional charge. Please specify the number and ages of children when booking so that the correct seats are installed in advance.
How much luggage can I bring?
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle. A Mercedes-Benz E-Class comfortably accommodates two large suitcases and two carry-on bags. For larger groups or excess luggage, we recommend our V-Class or Sprinter. Let us know your luggage requirements and we will assign the right vehicle.
Our Chauffeurs
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Every Exclusive Driver chauffeur holds a professional driving licence issued under Greek law, carries full commercial insurance and undergoes regular background checks. Safety and legal compliance are non-negotiable aspects of our service.
What languages do your chauffeurs speak?
All chauffeurs are fluent in English. Many also speak French, German, Italian or Arabic. If you require a specific language, please let us know at the time of booking.
What is the dress code for chauffeurs?
Our chauffeurs wear formal professional attire as standard. For more relaxed occasions or island settings, smart-casual attire can be arranged upon request.
Can I request the same chauffeur for multiple days?
Yes. For multi-day bookings, we assign the same chauffeur throughout your stay to ensure continuity and familiarity. This is particularly popular with clients using our Hourly & Full-Day Hire service.
Coverage & Availability
Where do you operate?
Exclusive Driver operates across all of Greece. Our primary bases are Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete, with coverage extending to the entire mainland, the Peloponnese, Thessaloniki, Halkidiki and all major Greek islands.
Are you available 24 hours a day?
Yes. Our services and our coordination team are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Early morning flights, late-night arrivals and everything in between are covered without exception.
Do you operate during the winter months?
Yes. While demand is highest from April to October, we operate year-round. Athens and Crete services are fully available in winter. Mykonos and Santorini services may have adjusted fleet availability during low season; please enquire for specific dates.
Can you arrange services on islands other than Mykonos, Santorini and Crete?
Yes. Through our network of vetted partners, we can arrange chauffeur services on virtually any Greek island. Please contact us with your destination and requirements.
Pricing & Payment
How does your pricing work?
All services are quoted at a fixed rate before booking. The price you are given is the price you pay. There are no meters, no surge pricing, no hidden fees and no surprises. Quotes include the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls, VAT and complimentary refreshments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, cash and secure payment links sent directly to your email or mobile. Payment can be made in advance or at the time of service, depending on your preference.
Do I need to tip the chauffeur?
Tipping is not required and is never expected. If you wish to show appreciation for exceptional service, any gratuity is at your personal discretion and is always gratefully received.
Are there extra charges for night services or holidays?
A small surcharge applies for late-night services. This is always communicated and included in your quote before you confirm your booking, so there are no surprises. Weekend and public holiday rates remain standard.
Can I get an invoice for business travel?
Yes. We provide professional invoices for all services upon request. Please inform us at the time of booking if you require an invoice with specific company details.
Safety & Privacy
How do you ensure passenger safety?
Every vehicle is professionally maintained, fully insured and undergoes regular safety inspections. All chauffeurs are licensed, background-checked and trained in defensive driving. Real-time vehicle tracking is in place across our fleet.
Is my personal information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Discretion and confidentiality are fundamental to our service. Personal details, itineraries and travel patterns are never shared with third parties. Our team and chauffeurs are bound by strict confidentiality protocols.
Do you offer security services?
Yes. Exclusive Driver provides professional VIP protection and executive security services across Greece, including close personal protection, secure transportation and event security.
